In terms of our administration, it has changed significantly over the years. We have moved away from old word processers to the most innovative technologies to run our business including full ecommerce web sites and a web hosted CRM which manages our bookings from start to finish.
We know clients expect responsiveness, accuracy, flexibility, resilience, a helpful and friendly service, not to forget the very highest quality of training. This is our aim and forms the basis of our values of focusing on the commitment to and nurturing partnerships with our clients and integrity to provide a responsive service and great training that learners truly enjoy.
