This is the second time we have used Stewart First Aid training at the Antonine Shopping Centre for our training needs.
I spoke to Anne at Stewart First Aid training after we had an incident on site which the staff were not trained to deal with. Anne supported us by pointing us in the correct direction and advised us what we needed. This was an immense help.
The bleed kit training we had delivered onsite was engaging and well-structured. Kyle split the training into two sessions due to the onsite operational needs which allowed all staff members to attend which was great. Kyle was very welcoming and ensured that all staff members who attended the course understood the reasoning behind the training and what to expect. The staff had the opportunity to get a hands-on approach with dealing with wounds with the training aids Kyle brought along with him. These where a big hit with the team.
The feedback from the staff who took part all said they enjoyed the practical part of the session and felt more confident, and Kyle made them all feel at ease.
Thanks to Stewart First Aid for providing a great training session and we look forward to our training again in 2023 for EFAW.

I attended the First Aid at Work training course delivered by Stewart First Aid and found the course to be informative and practical. It was delivered in a very informal manner with plenty of interaction between the attendees and the instructor, making the course both fun & effective.
I would highlight that, coincidentally, the very next day I had to put my training into practice due to a situation which arose in my own home and the training kicked into action straight away, allowing me to recognise the potential signs of a stroke and how to assess the situation and take the appropriate & immediate actions to minimise the effects.
I’m not sure I would’ve known this without the training I received & I’m very thankful that I did the course.
